meet your mentor: laurie budlong-morse, lmft

Hi there, I'm Laurie, and I've been mentoring residents who successfully launched their own private practices for the past five years. With a proven track record of helping more than half a dozen therapists, I'm excited to welcome you into a redesigned, fully supportive residency program. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 10 years of experience working with clients, primarily with a focus on couples and complex relationship issues.
I currently specialize in neurodiverse relationships and am constantly learning more regarding adult neurodivergence (especially autism and ADHD). I am passionately nerdy about Collaborative Therapy, social construction, and dialogue. I'm also a big believer in self-compassion in both my personal and professional life. I approach my work with clients the same way I would approach my work as your supervisor--with an innate respect for your own knowledge and tools to help you identify and expand your experiential wisdom.
