supervision & clinical consultation services for therapists
Working as a therapist can feel isolating and heavy; we carry a lot on our shoulders as we navigate the complexity and intimacy of our conversations with our clients. Supervision offers an opportunity to connect with a mentor or peer who can help you carry the load.
I would be honored to be a partner with you in your clinical work. Together, we can explore the meaning you and your clients are making out of the challenges and opportunities they are facing in life. I share freely from my own knowledge and experience while also asking questions and offering reflections that expand on your own knowledge and experience. I'll help you celebrate your strengths and your clients' hard work and I'll offer invitations to stretch yourself and your clients beyond your comfort zones.
Areas of knowledge & experience include:
Available online or in person at my office in Broad Ripple; walk and talk supervision in Broad Ripple also available.
Rates:
$150 per 50 minute session for fully licensed professionals
$75 per 30 minute session for fully licensed professionals
Reduced rates available for pre-licensed, post-masters professionals:

$100 per 50 minute session for contracted, weekly or bi-weekly supervision in fulfillment of licensure requirements
(30 minute sessions are not available for pre-licensed, post-masters professionals)

more about laurie
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Indiana, a certified neurodiverse couples therapist (through AANE), and an aamft-approved supervisor candidate. I've been working as a therapist in clinic and private practice therapists for a decade, specializing in complex relationship issues and relational trauma.
Under all of those descriptors, I'm a big-hearted, thoughtful person who loves both the intellectual and interpersonal aspects of clinical work. I consider Collaborative-Dialogic practices my "home base", which is centered in the creative, life-giving art of making meaning through conversation. I'm also a huge fan of self-compassion as a tool for myself, my clients, and my supervisees.
In addition, I find the intersections of our professional selves with our clinical selves to be tremendously important to attend to. The more I have known myself and grown as a business owner, the more that has enhanced my work as a therapist and vice versa.
