Emerge: A Journaling-Based Divorce Support Group
Tuesdays @ 12:15, Online, Starting August 24th
Divorce is the end of a marriage...yet it also represents the beginning of a whole new chapter in your life. Even as you move through feelings of loss and fears about change, you may also find yourself ready to embrace the freedom of new possibilities.
If you're seeking to be intentional about (re)building and (re)creating a confident sense of self, fulfilling relationships, and a well-rounded, meaningful life post-divorce this group can help you reflect and connect so that you can move forward with momentum and vision.
EMERGE includes:
And here are the details:
Our group is inclusive and open to both women and men, LGBTQ+ persons, and will honor your faith perspective, whatever it may be.
I will facilitate this group from a Collaborative Therapy approach, meaning I will actively work with you to draw out your own wisdom and knowledge and I'll tailor our time together to fit the needs of the group. My approach will enable life-giving, generative, possibility producing conversations; we will not move through a predetermined curriculum and there will be no imposed expectations about how to live after a divorce.
I have a passion for helping clients move through the divorce process, from first consideration to years afterward. Divorce is one of the most all-encompassing life changes; I am grateful for opportunities to witness and support people as they courageously, thoughtfully navigate the gains and losses connected with divorce and I would be honored to work with you.
Reach out to me today using the form below to take your next step towards emerging possibilities, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
